Hungarian chocolate... Bonbonetti

One of the most elegant streets in Budapest is, no doubt, Andrassy street.

There, you can find a company store of BONBONETTI, a Hungarian chocolate company.

nice looking store !

According to their official website, Bonbonetti was established by a German confectioner in Hungary in 1868.

Now it is owned by one of the largest world manufacturer, Roshen, but it was 100% Hungarian brand by 1992, and they still keep producing many brands, like Tibi chocolate, one of the most known chocolates in Hungary.

This weekend, there was beer festival on Andrassy street.
My husband & I went there for some beers, and visited their shop, too.

And our choices were these products.

Wafer rolls filled with Hazelnut cream

I like chocolates, but don't eat much of them.
When I was a child, my parents didn't let me have chocolates and cola, as their policy, so in Japan, I never bought chocolates for myself.

Now, my eating habits are more European, and I like chocolates.
It is nice to have some of them sometimes. (not always, because I don't want to get fat.)

The stick was smaller than I thought, but tasted great !

I prefer this product, because it was light, and not too sweet.

My husband prefers the another one. He is real lover of chocolates.

I don't say that Bonbonetti is the best chocolates manufacturer in Hungary. There are some other good manufacturers, too, but I like this company shop, and I want to enjoy some other products, too.
